Prasad Gifts is deeply committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are ever dissatisfied, for any reason, you have 30 days to return all or part of your order to us. Simply call our customer service line – 800-772-7231 – during our regular business hours for a return authorization number.

Please note: All returns to Prasad Gifts, Inc. must be pre-approved and return authorization numbers must be displayed on the outside of all returned parcels.

Also, please note that all returned item, except those damaged in shipping, must be returned in original and resalable condition and include original packaging.

Incorrectly Shipped Items

Of course, if we ship you anything you did not order — yes, we do make an occasional mistake in spite of our striving for protection — it is our responsibility to pay to have it returned to us.

Damaged Items

Should anything we send you ever arrive damaged, please notify us within two business days of the item's arrival. We will act immediately to replace the damaged merchandise, or credit your account as appropriate. PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD any packaging as UPS may want to examine packaging should we file a claim. We cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.
